ATK A98 Pro Mechanical Keyboard comes with 12,000mAh Battery and Multi-Mode Support
ATK has announced the launch of its new A98 Pro mechanical keyboard, a model designed to deliver a mix of functionality, durability, and compatibility for everyday and professional use. Featuring a 95% layout with 98 keys, the A98 Pro offers a compact design while retaining essential keys for productivity. The keyboard supports both Windows and macOS systems, making it adaptable across multiple platforms for office tasks, creative work, and gaming.
The keyboard supports 16.8 million-color RGB lighting, providing extensive customization for users who enjoy adjusting lighting effects to match their workspace or gaming setup. It also includes music rhythm lighting modes, allowing the backlight to react dynamically to sound.
The A98 Pro is available in five distinct configurations, each tailored to different preferences in typing feel and aesthetics. The Zidian variant features Huannuo Polar Latte Switch V2 (Linear) switches paired with PC transparent keycaps, offering a clean and modern appearance. The Starry Night version includes OUTEMU Ice Snake linear switches, also combined with transparent keycaps for users who prefer smoother actuation. The Sea Salt edition comes with Cherry MX2A Silent Red switches and PBT two-color injection keycaps, focusing on a quieter experience suitable for office environments. Meanwhile, the Sunny or Rainy model uses Ania Axis Max linear switches with PBT five-sided sublimation keycaps, and the Polar version employs Kaihua Polar Fox tactile switches with the same keycap style for those who prefer a more pronounced tactile feedback.
In terms of construction, the ATK A98 Pro incorporates a 1.2mm single-key slotted PCB and a horizontally slotted PC positioning plate. The keyboard uses a custom Gasket-mounted structure, which helps improve key stability and overall typing comfort. Inside, the design includes five layers of internal dampening material to reduce resonance and key noise, creating a more refined typing sound profile.
The A98 Pro is powered by a 12,000mAh high-capacity battery, which extends its usability across different connection modes. It supports wired USB-C, wireless 2.4GHz, and Bluetooth connections, offering flexibility for both stationary and portable setups. Equipped with ATK’s second-generation SmartSpeed Wireless technology, the keyboard achieves a 1000Hz polling rate and a 1ms response time in 2.4GHz mode, minimizing input delay for gaming or fast-paced work.
