Brand New Magnetic Switches: TTC x KUMO Studio Snow, and Gateron Spark

At the same time, TTC has joined hands with KUMO Studio to design the new TTC x KUMO Studio Snow Switch. Let’s know these better now.

TTC x KUMO Studio Snow Switches:-

TTC, a highly-renowned mechanical switch brand, has collaborated with Kumo Studio to bring us this brand new Magnetic switch, introducing the TTC x Kumo Studio Snow Switches. Design as a clear ice with transparent top cover and Blue colored shaft, the Snow Switches have a solid build quality. They adopt a POM material shaft and a bottom cover, and a transparent PC material top cover. TTC has also featured a light guide column to greatly enhance the RGB backlight on your keyboard. These switches offer an adjustable keystroke functionality with maximum movement of 3.4mm±0.2mm. They adopt dust dust-proof dual-sided wall structure. TTC has also featured a soft-elastic cushioning structure with a long 18mm spring that ensures a quick and satisfying rebound effect upon typing. The Snow Switches have silky smooth linear movement with ultra-fast rapid trigger function support. Furthermore, the TTC x Kumo Studio Snow Switches have a durability rating of over 100million keystrokes. Gateron Spark Series:-

Next, we have Gateron’s latest Spark series of magnetic switches. These are high-quality switches designed in collaboration with ZYNOO. They feature a dual-drive split structure design, it is a very special feature for the magnetic switch category as well. The Gateron Spark switches have the permanent magnet and the shaft core in separate sections of the switch. The upper portion has the shaft, while the lower section has the trigger section. This unique dual-drive operation ensures accurate and precise movement control. Gateron claims that the Spark Switches have the movement, feature and durability of Magnetic switches, and acoustics of a mechanical switch, a more HiFi typing experience for the users. The Gateron Spark switches feature a cylindrical shaft core, it provides a stable and consistent typing with 0 deviation.

Gateron Spark switches have linear movement with fully configurable trigger response. The switches have an initial pressure of 33±5gf with an initial magnetic flux of about 122±8Gs. They have a total keystroke of 3.2±0.1mm, fully adjustable up to the mark. Gateron Spark have a relatively gentle bottoming force of 45±10gf, and a bottom out force of 550±30Gs. The Gateron Spark switches have an outstanding durability of over 150 million keystrokes. With a large 22mm spring, the rebound and typing feedback of Gateron Spark switches is outstanding.

Additionally, the Gateron Spark switches have a premium build quality as well, featuring a semi-transparent top cover and black colored bottom casing. The shaft also has the same orange colour as the top cover. It is also semi-transparent in nature. Gateron Spark series has three models, Spark(Orange top-cover), Spark X(Orange top-cover with purple shaft), and Spark Pink(Pink top-cover).
