SteelSeries Releases APEX Pro Mini: World's Fastest 60% Compact Mechanical Keyboard
SteelSeries has introduced its very first 60% mechanical keyboard from the APEX series, the all-new APEX Pro Mini. Designed with an ultra-compact 61-key 60% form factor, the Apex Mini occupies a little space on your desk. SteelSeries advertises the Apex series as the world’s fastest keyboard with their newly-designed omniPoint 2.0 mechanical switches. The brand-new Apex Pro Mini is going to be the world’s fastest keyboard in ultra-compact form factor. Apex Pro Mini is launched in two different variants, one being the single-mode Type-c one while the other with triple-connection modes supporting Wireless Bluetooth and Wireless 2.4Ghz along with the wired Type-C connectivity.
Steelseries Apex Mini features a gasket-mounted structure with a high-quality 5000 series aluminum alloy panel. The keyboard uses newly-designed omniPoint 2.0 mechanical switches. They offer an adjustable trigger key range with an adjustable range of 0.2-3.8mm. With the help of these super-fast mechanical switches, the Apex Pro Mini offers splendid performance with no lag or ghosting issues. You will be able to type continuously for hours without worrying about any missing key triggers. SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini also supports the “2-in-1" Action function. It can be used to assign two function to the same key, like a shallow press for walking and deep press for running your character in games. This will actually feel like playing the game with the help of controllers giving better trigger control in the hands of the users.
SteelSeries has designed the Apex Pro Mini with the best quality components. They have used high-quality dual-tone injection-molded PBT keycaps. The keycaps here have got crisp, bold printed legends that allows backlight to transmit through them. The keyboard has RGB backlighting that can be controlled easily using the SteelSeries desktop software.
